01What is an SMM panel?+

An SMM panel is an online interface that lists social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views, members, reactions or other engagement-related services. A panel may operate its own infrastructure, source services from providers, or combine several sources.

02What is an SMM panel provider?+

In SMM industry terminology, a provider is a source that supplies services to panels or API clients. The word does not automatically mean that the provider owns every underlying service or that it is the original source for every category.

03What does “main provider” mean?+

“Main provider” is an informal industry term. Different sites can use it differently. It can refer to a direct source, a large upstream supplier, or simply a provider used by many resellers. The label alone does not prove ownership of a service.

04Why can the same service have different prices on different panels?+

Panels can apply different markups, use different upstream sources, negotiate different rates, bundle different refill conditions or simply label similar services differently. A low price alone does not establish that two listings are identical.

05What does price per 1K mean?+

Price per 1K is a normalized rate for 1,000 units. If a service costs $0.50 per 1K and the service supports proportional ordering, 500 units would generally correspond to half that base amount before any panel-specific rules or minimums.

06What do minimum and maximum quantities mean?+

Minimum is the smallest quantity accepted for a service order and maximum is the largest quantity accepted in a single order. These limits come from the service catalog and can change when a provider updates the service.

07What is refill in an SMM service?+

Refill usually means that a service includes a stated period or mechanism for replacing eligible drops after delivery. Exact conditions vary by provider and service, so the presence of a refill flag should be read together with the provider’s current terms.

08What does cancel support mean?+

Cancel support indicates that a service or provider may expose a cancellation action for eligible orders. It does not mean every order can always be cancelled; eligibility can depend on status, timing and provider rules.

09What is an SMM panel API?+

An SMM panel API lets software clients perform actions such as retrieving services, creating orders, checking order status, requesting refill where supported and reading account balance. Many panels use a common API-v2 style request format, though implementations can differ.

10How does SMMFAQ compare services?+

SMMFAQ stores synchronized service catalog records in its own database and lets visitors search those records locally. Comparison fields can include provider, service name, category, price, minimum and maximum quantity, refill, cancel and update time.

11Does a lower price mean a better service?+

No single field establishes overall service quality. Price can be compared alongside limits, refill or cancel information, provider context, service description and how recently the data was synchronized.

12How current is SMMFAQ service data?+

Service data is time-sensitive. The site displays synchronized records and update context where available, but provider catalogs can change after a sync. Current provider terms should be checked before relying on a specific service record.
